Samsung Galaxy S III
For a long time the Samsung Galaxy S range has been the sort-of-default choice if you want a high-end smartphone and don't want an iPhone. This has meant that the Galaxy S II launched last year has been a big, big seller.. and now Samsung have managed to top it with the Samsung Galaxy S III.
This is a quad-core beasties with a 4.8" 720 x 1280 pixel HD display, an 8 megapixel primary camera and more sensors than a Star Trek tricorder. It looks pretty good too, with come curved edges and a brushed metal effect.
The good news is that the Galaxy S III will be available at the end of this month. The bad news is that it will probably be eye-wateringly expensive. Oh well.
